We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping whch is accessed by the Directors, and relevant office staff.
  • We use your information to enable us to provide efficient services using area sizes/pricing, and to contact you regarding these services.  We may also use the information to help us improve our products and services. 
  • We hold bank account details only for those customers that pay for their services via direct debit.  We do not hold any information for any customers paying via debit/credit card as this data is secure and encripted via World Pay.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, if we have your permission to do so. 
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for research/feedback purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.  We will not contact you if you have altered your preferences and asked us not to.
