Refund Policy

No Refunds / Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item/service you purchased is defective.  If you receive a defective item/service, please contact us on 01292 478833 with details of the product/service and the defect.  You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product or checking the service carried out, we will fully investigate the matter and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement/repair as a result of the defect.  If you are entitled to a replacement/repair or refund, we will replace/repair the product/service or refund the purchase price, using the original payment method.
